At Schumacher GmbH, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously and we ensure strict conformity with data protection regulations. We therefore protect the data which you entrust to us when visiting our website in accordance with statutory provisions. Under no circumstances do we sell the collected data or make it available to third parties for other reasons.

2. Scope of validity

This Privacy Policy is valid for our entire website but not for third-party websites which can be accessed via links on our website.
We cannot accept any liability for such websites because we have no influence over them. For this reason, we also assume no liability for the content of third-party websites. The owners or operators of linked websites are always responsible for the content of their websites. At the time when the links were programmed, we inspected the websites to ascertain whether any statutory violations exist. We did not identify any illegal content at the time when the links were programmed. Without specific points of reference, however, we cannot implement regular content checks on linked websites. We will remove such links without delay if we become aware of any violations of law.

Statistics are generated from this data which help us to adapt our Internet portal to your requirements. This data is anonymous and it is not passed on in whole or part to third parties.

5. Right to information

You have the right to know what information is being stored about you, how it was obtained and for what purpose. Information about stored data can be obtained from our data protection officer. You also have the right under statutory provisions to request the correction, blocking and/or deletion of your personal data.
